K V Sambasiva Raju is a highly accomplished Project Management and Industrial Real Estate professional with over 30 years of experience in delivering 30+ Mn sq. ft. of industrial, logistics, warehousing, commercial, and manufacturing facilities across India and South Asia. With a strong foundation in civil engineering, operations management, and project lifecycle execution, he has consistently led large-scale developments from concept to handover combining technical depth with sustainability-first thinking.

As Director & Head of Projects at Panattoni India, one of the world’s leading industrial real estate developers, he was a founding team member in India, instrumental in establishing national operations, launching Panattoni’s first project in Jhajjar (NCR).

Previously, as General Manager Projects at Embassy Industrial Parks, one of the founding members, he played a key role in developing state of art Industrial and logistics parks across India such as Pune, NCR, Hyderabad and Hosur. His leadership spanned technical due diligence, budgeting, master planning, engineering, procurement, execution, leasing support, and facility management—resulting in over 7 Mn sq. ft. of Grade-A assets.

As an independent advisor, Sambasiva has led strategic consulting engagements for prominent developers like Welspun One, Avigna, Logiy Spaces, and CCI Logistics, providing support in master planning, project execution, feasibility studies, architecture and engineering services and sustainability implementation. He has also provided strategic consulting support for MarkSquare commercial Project which is a marquee building in the heart of CBD Bangalore.

His prior roles include nearly two decades at Semac Consultants, where he delivered over 15 Mn sq. ft. of industrial projects for global and Indian clients across sectors such as FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and aerospace providing end-to-end services including design management, construction, costing, and client interfacing.

He is academically credentialed with a B.Tech (Civil), an MBA from IIM Calcutta (Operations), a PG Diploma in Project Management, and certifications in Sustainability and Climate Risk (GARP), Sustainability Investing (CFA Institute), and Circular Economy in Construction.
